But, in spite of four months having been passed, no action has been taken by the police authorities.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report, which reflects that there is an inimical relationship amongst the relations and the police is working on the issues so far as it relates to the

property is concerned.

list of cases has been appended in the report. However, the present accusations have been made on 29th of July, 2024, which relates to the property situated at Muzaffarpur, Bihar.

It has been submitted that the police authorities are working on the issue not only on the authenticity of the nature of complaint but also regarding the point of territorial jurisdiction.

Learned advocate for the private respondents disputes and denies the contentions and submits that the petitioner has fraudulently made allegations against the owner of the land.

Be that as it may, this court is not going to interfere with the truth or falsity of the accusations made.

However, the police authorities

who are enquiring into the matter and, are yet to come to a conclusion, will arrive at their conclusion and, thereafter, communicate to the petitioner the outcome of the steps that they have taken, preferably within a period of four weeks from date.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 25632 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
