When the writ petition is taken up for hearing no one appears for the writ petitioner either physically or on virtual mode and no accommodation is prayed for though printed list has been published. Same situation prevailed on 23rd December, 2021.

It appears that the writ petitioner has lost interest.

The writ petition and the connected applications being CAN 6209/2013 and CAN 8196/2014 also stand dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
