1. Supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

2. The payment of the petitioner despite successful completion of work has not been made till date.

3. The completion certificate issued by the Executive Engineer, PWD Birbhum Electrical Division is annexed to the writ petition.

4. The petitioner made a detailed legal representation before the District Magistrate which is pending consideration.

5. The instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the District Magistrate to take steps for consideration of the petitioner's legal representation and to dispose of the same in accordance with law.

6. Steps shall be taken in the matter at the earliest but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order.

7. If any document is found due and wanting, then the same shall be clearly made known to the petitioner well in advance.

8. Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the legal representation along with all supporting documents to the District Magistrate at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

9. The writ petition stands disposed of.

10. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
