Copy of the order dated 29th January,2024 passed in special leave petition(criminal) Diary No(s) 1728 of 2024 be kept with the record. The same relates to a subject matter of challenge in respect of the order dated 16-03-2023 passed in CRR 3959 of 2022. The revisional application was preferred in respect of the present petitioner namely Pamela Goswami wherein a co-ordinate Bench by judgement and order dated 16-03-2023 was pleased to set aside the order dated 3rd June, 2021 by which the learned special judge was pleased to take cognizance of the offences in relation to the present petitioner only.

In view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the said order should be restricted to the present petitioner being Pamela Goswami so far as the proceedings being NDPS Case NO 17 of 2021(arising out of New Alipore P. S. Case No. 65 dated 19-02-2021) and pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge cum Judge, Special Court under the NDPS Act, 4th court,

Alipore, South 24 Parganas is concerned. The proceedings would be deemed to be quashed and she should be considered to be discharged from the bail bonds. Accordingly, the orders dated 11th May, 2023 and 08-08-2023 passed by the special court in respect of the present petitioner only(Pamela Goswami) is set aside. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being 4107 of 2023 is disposed of.
