Learned Public Prosecutor opposes the prayer for bail and submits stolen ornaments of the deceased were recovered from the petitioner.

We have considered the materials on record. Stolen ornaments of the deceased were recovered from the petitioner. Prayer for bail of co-accuseds was rejected earlier. Keeping in mind the aforesaid facts, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is thus rejected.
