Petitioner was aggrieved as according to her no investigation was conducted in connection with Topsia Police Station Case No. 145 of 2023,dated 26/12/2023. A report has been submitted by the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State adhering to the issues directed by the Court in its order dated 8/11/2024. The Investing Officer has contended that after completion of investigation charge sheet has been submitted against five accused persons. Five persons have been implicated as accused and the Investigating Officer has relied upon six witnesses in the charge.

The charge sheet was submitted before the learned A.E.J.M., Sealdah who has taken cognizance of the offence and fixed next date on 17/02/2025 for supply of copies.

In view of the grievance expressed by the petitioner I am of the opinion that the Investigating Agency has conducted and concluded the investigation.

If there are any further dispute regarding the satisfaction and dissatisfaction in respect of the investigation. Petitioner would be at liberty to approach the learned A.E.J.M., Sealdah who is in seisin of the matter.

With the aforesaid observation being WPA 25587 of 2024 is disposed of.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate of the petitioner.

Copy to submit be kept with the report.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
