It appears that the instant application is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the impugned order dated 10th June 2015 passed by the learned First Appellate Court in connection with Misc. Appeal No.11 of 2015. By passing the impugned order learned First Appellate Court affirmed the order passed by the learned Trial Court dated 10th June passed in connection with Title Suit No. 25 of 2015.

Being aggrieved and dissatisfied with the said impugned order the present revisional application has been preferred which is pending since the year 2015. It appears that the present petitioner has lost interest to proceed with the present case. So, there is no option left but to dismiss the present revisional application.

Accordingly, civil revisional application being CO 3617 of 2015 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

7. There will be no order as to costs.
