In view of the fact that the investigation has already been completed and charge-sheet has already been submitted, we are of the opinion that the applicant/petitioner need not meet the Investigating Officer any further.

So far as the other conditions passed in the order dated 09-01-2020 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the same remains unaltered.

With the aforesaid observations, application for relaxation of the condition of bail being CRAN 1 of 2020 is, thus, disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
