Opposite parties are also not represented.

On earlier occasion petitioner was directed to serve notice upon the opposite parties by passing an order of this Court. Despite the direction passed by this Court petitioner has not complied with the said direction. It appears that petitioner is no longer interested to proceed with the present revisional application. Accordingly, there is no option left but to dismiss the present case.

Accordingly, the revisional application being C.O. 3628 of 2015 is hereby dismissed for default. At the time of passing of the order it appears that on previous order dated 21.12.2023 application being CAN 1 2016 (Old CAN 3979 of 2016) was inadvertently mentioned but in fact there is no application filed with the revisional application being C.O. 3628 of 2015. So, there is not necessity for passing order in respect of that application being CAN 1 2016 (Old CAN 3979 of 2016) which is not in existence.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
