Sankar Prasad Roy And ANR v. State Of West Bengal And ORS.
04.01.2024 Sl. No.6(DL) srm C.O. No. 3746 of 2023 Sankar Prasad Roy & Anr.
Versus
The State of West Bengal & Ors.
Mr. Partha Sarathi Chakraborty ...for the Petitioners.
The Court does not find any reason to interfere with the order dated September 5, 2023 passed by the learned West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal, 2nd Bench, in O.A. No.2545 of 2023.
It appears that O.A. No.2545 of 2023, which was filed by the petitioners, was admitted by the learned tribunal and the next date has been fixed on August 5, 2024. No adverse order has been passed. Only a date has been fixed.
The challenge of the petitioners that the date has been belatedly fixed, is not amenable to the jurisdiction of this Court. The petitioners are, thus, at liberty to approach the learned tribunal with a prayer for preponement of the date. If such prayer is made, the same shall be considered sympathetically.
The revisional application is, thus, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
