Case No. "1109 of 2005" appearing in the 4th line of paragraph 2 at page 1 of the order dated 11th June, 2025 be deleted and the G.R. Case No. "1190 of 2005" be inserted. Let the correction be incorporated and be made part of the order dated 11th June, 2025 and other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.
