1. The parties are in agreement that, when the matter was taken on 27.09.2021, the issue for consideration was recorded by the court. We have gone through the order dated 27.09.2021 and found that the Bench passing the order has recorded the issue "after partial hearing".

2. We, therefore, consider it appropriate to release the matter from this Bench and be placed before the appropriate Bench after obtaining order from the Hon'ble Chief Justice.
