...For the State Affidavit-of-service, filed in Court today, is taken on record. Despite service no one appears on behalf of the alleged victim. Heard learned counsels for the parties and perused the case diary.

Considering the incriminating materials in the case diary including the statement of the minor survivor recorded before the learned Magistrate implicating the petitioner and the other materials including the injury report, I do not consider this is to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
