By an order dated 29th August, 2014 the petitioner was directed to add National Highway Authority as a party respondent. There is no records to the effect that the petitioner caused service of notice upon the respondents. The instant writ petition is pending since 2014. The conduct of the petitioner suggests that he is not willing to proceed with the instant writ petition.

Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed for default.
