Offences are triable by Magistrate. Bail was granted in July, 2017. Though we are not inclined to cancel the bail, we request the trial Magistrate to conclude the trial at the earliest without granting unnecessary adjournment. In the event, opposite party No.1 resorts to dilatory tactics, it shall be open to the petitioner to renew his prayer for cancellation of bail before the trial court in accordance with law. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
