This matter has come at the instance of the appellant for correcting the name of the Counsel representing the parties in the order dated 17th January, 2023.

It appears that inadvertently the name of Mr. Amit Kumar Raidani, Advocate has been mentioned as the Advocate representing the respondent instead of the appellant. Accordingly, it is recorded that Mr. Amit Kumar Raidani is representing the appellant and Mr. Amitabha Ghosh, with Ms. Nabanita Chatterjee are representing the respondent. The appearance of the parties shall be corrected by the department and this order shall form part of the order dated 17th January, 2023.

The other portion of the order dated 17th January, 2023 shall remain unchanged.

In view of the order dated 17th January, 2023, the said appeal shall not be shown as pending.
