Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. Earlier on 11.11.2024 and 03.12.2024 when the writ petition was called, none appeared for the petitioner.

Today also when the writ petition has been called, none represents the petitioner.

No accommodation is sought for on behalf of petitioner.

Mr. Adak, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that 16 cases have been registered against the present petitioner and the prayer which has been advanced is for taking steps against the respondent no.5 being the Inspector-in-Charge, Cyber Crime Police Station.

Having considered that the petitioner has failed to make out any specific case against the respondent no.5, I am of the view that no interference is called for by this Court.

Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 25687 of 2024 is dismissed.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
