Today also when the writ petition has been called, none represents the petitioner.

No accommodation is sought for on behalf of petitioner.

The prayers in the writ petition are mainly for taking steps in respect of the information furnished by the petitioner.

Mr. Ahmed, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that Jangipur Cyber P.S. Case No. 31 of 2024 dated 29.10.2024 was registered for investigation.

In view of the fact that investigation has been commenced and a jurisdictional court is in seisin of the issue, if the petitioner is aggrieved, petitioner will approach before the jurisdictional court in seisin of the issue with necessary prayers.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 25716 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
