CRAN 1 of 2022.( Sec. 5 appln) The reasons so assigned in the application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act are found to be just and sufficient. Accordingly, the delay of 212 days in preferring the revisional application is condoned. Thus, the application being CRAN 1 of 2022 is allowed. CRR 4186 of 2022 The order dated 7.6.2018 reflects that the petitioner was released on bail and the petitioner furnished bail bond before being released.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits and undertakes that the petitioner could not appear because of lack of communication and would henceforth be present as and when so directed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arambagh, Hooghly. In case the petitioner namely, Sahid Khan appears before the

learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arambagh on or before 21st February, 2023, he may be allowed to continue on the same bail and bond. However, if the petitioner do not surrender on 21st February, 2023, the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arambag would proceed to the next harsher process of law. The warrant of arrest earlier issued be stayed till 20th February, 2023. Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 4186 of 2022 is disposed of.
