The petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition since the contract agreement on the basis of which the petitioner is claiming relief in the present writ petition has been terminated by the railway authority. Such termination has given rise to a fresh cause of action, according to the petitioner.

In view of the above, the writ petition being WPA 25266 of 2022 is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
