We have considered materials on record. Petitioner is the principal accused who had assaulted the victim. As a result of assault victim's jaw was broken. He does not stand on the same footing with the co-accused who have been granted pre-arrest bail. 3.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
