1. By way of public interest litigation the petitioner is praying for a direction upon the 6th respondent for installing a high voltage transformer in the area in question.

2. In this regard, a representation has been made on 11.09.2023 and it is now pending before the authorities. In the said representation it has been pointed out that there is always low voltage in the area as a result of which, several electrical and electronic equipments cannot be operated.

3. Since the writ petition is disposed of without calling for any affidavit, the merits of the contentions raised by the petitioner in the writ petition as well as the representation are not gone into.

4. However, there will be a direction to the 6th respondent to consider the representation dated 11.09.2023 on merits and in accordance with law and

take appropriate action within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the server copy of this order.

5. The petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation along with the copy of this order to the 6th respondent for compliance of the above direction.

6. With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
