The writ petition was also heard by this court on 26th February, 2024 when on the prayer made by the petitioner hearing was adjourned in order to grant opportunity to the learned advocate for the petitioner to take steps and to obtain instruction.

Today, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that he has no instruction in this matter.

In view of the aforesaid situation it transpires that the petitioner has lost interest in the fate of this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. Urgent certified photo copy of this order, if applied for, be given to learned advocates for the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
