Petitioners approached this Court being aggrieved 24.04.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.231 Rakib by the inaction of the police authorities in not responding to the information furnished on 30.11.2023.

State has submitted a report. Let the same be kept with the record. The report reflects that there was a dispute between the petitioners and the private respondents pursuant to which Daspur Police Station case no. 400/2023 was registered for investigation and on conclusion of investigation charge-sheet was submitted before the jurisdictional Court. Another case was registered being Daspur Police Station case no. 428/2023 against the petitioners and on conclusion of investigation charge-sheet was also submitted in connection with the said case.

Having considered that the petitioners and the private respondents are at loggerhead and last of the representation was made on 30.11.2023, I am of the view that the petitioners would if so advised and are faced with inconveniences till date, they would file a fresh

representation before the police authorities, who on receipt of the same will act in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations WPA 24572 of 2023 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
