Learned advocate appearing for the State submits enquiry revealed that the said documents were not genuine and petitioner did not reside at the address mentioned in the voter's list. Steps have been initiated to delete his name from the electoral roll. We have considered the materials on record. Enquiry was made with regard to the authentication of documents. Report filed before the court below show petitioner was not living at the address mentioned in the voter's list and steps have been taken to delete his name from the electoral roll. Charge has already been framed against the petitioner. Under such circumstances, we do not consider it prudent to release the petitioner on bail at this stage. The application for bail is thus rejected.
