Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is detained in custody since 28th February, 2025. The accusations are for recovery of 580 grams of heroin. Pursuant to the earlier direction, State has submitted the FSL report which confirms the contraband seized. Learned advocate for the petitioner is inclined to argue in respect of the cognizance taken by the learned special court. Having considered that the trial court records are not available, petitioner would be at liberty to assess regarding the issue being canvassed earlier before the learned special court and thereafter approach this Court. At this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, CRM(NDPS) 1409 of 2025 is dismissed. Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
