The petitioner complains of illegal encroachment of State Highway for which he made a representation dated August 19, 2019 before the respondents no. 3,4 and 5 (Annexure ''P-4' appearing at page 35 of this writ petition) which has not been considered till date.

Upon consideration of the submissions made by the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the parties as also the records available before me I direct the respondent no. 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner (Annexure ''P-4' appearing at page 35 of this writ petition), assess the encroachment, if any, and take necessary steps for removal of the same in accordance with law. The respondent no. 4 is also directed to give right of hearing to all the affected parties including the petitioner while considering the representation of the petitioner.

It is expected that the entire exercise shall be completed by the respondent no. 4 within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order. With the above observations and directions this writ petition being WPA No. 22999 of 2019 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
