Petitioner's main grievance is that the representation which was made before the Cyber Police Station, D.D. was not considered and the petitioner was receiving threats. Photographs have been annexed by the petitioner in respect of the hatred which is being spread against her. Petitioner is frustrated with the action of the police authorities.

In view of the petitioner having sent such information on or about 22.09.2024 and till date there was no information to the learned advocate appearing for the State as to whether any case has been registered, I am of the view that the petitioner will approach the jurisdictional Magistrate under Section 175 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Learned Magistrate would assess and ascertain regarding the genuinity of the allegations and thereafter take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 25538 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
