Mr. Bidyut Kumar Roy and Ms. Sima Biswas, learned advocates appear for the State. Concerned authority is directed to regularise the appointment of the State advocates. This revisional application has been filed by the petitioner for quashing of the proceeding arising out of Bhowanipore Police Station case No.18 dated 21.1.2009 under Section 509 of the Indian Penal Code giving rise to C.G.R case No.254 of 2009 which is pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore. The petitioner prayed for setting aside and quashing of the proceeding on the grounds substantiated in page 5, paragraphs I to XI. The petitioner appears to have approached this court even before submission of charge sheet. The result of investigation is not known. Considered the materials and submissions of learned advocates for state.

Under such circumstances, the revisional application is dismissed for default of the petitioner. Interim order stands vacated. Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore for information.
