It is alleged that the application filed by the petitioner seeking transfer on medical ground is pending consideration at the end of the school authority. 3.

It appears that a no-objection by the school was issued in favour of the petitioner; but thereafter the school did not take any further step to forward the transfer application to the next appropriate authority. 4.

In view thereof, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the school authority to take steps for forwarding the application for transfer of the petitioner to the competent authority in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The respondents shall ensure that the petitioner's application for transfer reaches its logical conclusion without any further delay.

All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
