Ms. Suparna Chatterjee ....for the State It appears that an inadvertent typographical error had crept into the order dated 23.02.2026 passed by this Court. At the heading of the order sheet instead of "cancellation of bail", it should actually be "relaxation of condition of anticipatory bail". The inadvertent typographical error is hereby corrected and the order dated 23.02.2026 shall always be read conjointly with this order.

No one appears on behalf on behalf of the petitioner although the State is represented.

Even on the last occasion, i.e. on 23.02.2026 no one represented the petitioner or prayed for any accommodation. Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is dismissed for default. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for.
