Pursuant to the earlier order dated 06.11.2024 learned advocate for the state has submitted an order passed in CRM (A) 3780 of 2024 which reflects that the respondents have been granted anticipatory bail by a division bench of this court.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is anxious regarding the progress of the investigation. In view of the case already been registered in the month of March 2024, the investigating authorities are directed to take the investigation to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

Server copy of the order sheet so submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the state be kept with the record.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 25530 of 2024 is disposed of.
