Somnath Ganguly, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State, is directed to represent the State. Mr. Ganguly is entitled to have a junior of his choice. The appointment of both Mr. Ganguly and the junior of his choice, if any, be regularized by the

concerned authority.

In view of the petitioner not interested to proceed with the writ petition further, WPA 25525 of 2024 is dismissed for default.
