1. The District Magistrate, South 24 Parganas has filed an order dated 2nd June, 2023 in compliance with the order dated 13th April, 2022. The said order is kept with the record.

2. It is submitted that the order dated 13th April, 2022 passed by this Court has been complied with by the alleged contemnors.

3. In view of the above, nothing further remains to be decided in this contempt application.

4. Rule, if any, shall also stand discharged.

5. The contempt application is, thus, disposed of.

6. There will be no order as to costs
