In compliance of the direction of this Court dated 23rd November, 2023, petitioner has paid a cost of Rs.50,000/- to the Legal Aid Services, West Bengal, for committing fraud upon this Court and making false statement in the writ petition and suppressing the fact that against the same cause of action, petitioner's earlier writ petition was dismissed and by changing the counsel petitioner has filed this writ petition. Proof of payment of cost is kept with the record and petitioner is warned not to repeat such type of mistake in future. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. ( Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
