The petitioner does not intend to proceed any further with this writ petition as remedy claimed therein will not, according to the petitioner, grant him the entire relief in view of the subsequent developments. A written instruction dated 16th June, 2024 received by the learned advocate for the petitioner from his client through an electronic mail is placed before the Court and the same is taken on record.

The writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to the petitioner to challenge any subsequent event, if the petitioner is so entitled to in accordance with law.

The petitioner may include the grounds contained in this writ petition to challenge the subsequent action, if so permitted in law.
