Dutta, Mr. Sabyasachi Bhattacharjee ...for the petitioner It appears that in my order dated 24.11.2022, in the first page, second paragraph, starting with "as per submission disclosed by the petitioner/wife" has been inadvertently typed as "that the petition praying for alimony pendente lite has already been not pressed, and there is no other interlocutory application pending at the moment in the suit". This portion should be deleted incorporating "there is no other interlocutory application pending in the Testamentary Suit". The same shall be corrected and read as "As per submission disclosed by the petitioner/wife that there is no other interlocutory application pending in the Testamentary Suit". The mistake is thus rectified. Other portions of the order dated 24.11.2022 shall remain unaltered. Office is directed to incorporate necessary correction in the said order.
