Learned advocate representing alleged contemnor submits that soft copy of 'No Liability Certificate' was made available to the learned advocate for the applicant on 9th January, 2026 and subsequent thereto hard copy of 'No Liability Certificate' dated 9th January, 2026 was handed over to the learned advocate representing the applicant.

2. In view of steps taken by the alleged contemnor it appears that judgment dated 23rd August, 2024 is complied with.

3. Contempt application stands disposed of and contempt proceeding stands dropped.

4. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
