1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Victim is a minor. Her objectionable pictures were taken and she was subjected to penetrative sexual assault through blackmail. Subsequently, her objectionable pictures were uploaded on the social media. In view of the nature of offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioner therein, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
