1. We have heard the learned advocates for either of the parties.

2. The writ petition has been filed by an Organisation called as Human Protection and Awareness Organisation claiming themselves to be public spirited persons and challenging certain decision taken by the junior doctors.

3. The entire matter is seized before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and we deem it appropriate not to entertain any writ petition on the said aspect.

4. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed.
