1. Petitioner seeks cancellation of the order granting anticipatory bail dated May 30, 2024 passed Criminal Misc. Case No. 1538 of 2024 on the ground of perversity.

2. Police case relates to a title deed in respect of an immovable property.

3. According to the State, there are sufficient materials suggesting that the vendor of such property held proper title.

4. As to whether there is any cheating or not may be decided at the trial.

5. Learned Sessions Judge granted anticipatory bail to the private opposite party taking into consideration the materials in the case diary.

6. Order granting anticipatory bail contains reasons.

7. In such circumstances, we are not inclined to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the private opposite parties.
