In response to the complaint filed by the petitioner, the Howrah Municipal Corporation conducted a hearing on 11th January, 2018.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the Howrah Municipal Corporation has not passed any order after the hearing held on 11th January, 2018.

The petitioner prays for an order upon the Howrah Municipal Corporation for communicating the fate of the hearing held on 11th January, 2018. Accordingly, no useful purpose will be served by keeping the writ petition pending.

The writ petition being WPA 23036 of 2019 is, disposed of by directing the Howrah Municipal Corporation to pass an order and communicate the same in respect of the hearing held on 11th January, 2018 to the respective parties within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all legal formalities.
