Charge-sheet has been submitted under sections 341/323/427/34 of the IPC.

The ld. JM, 2nd Court, Uluberia is directed to fix one date in a month for the purpose of the present case. The process regarding the plea or examination of the accused under section 251 of the cr.p.c. be completed on 13th of May, 2024 or within a fortnight thereafter. The ld. Trial court will thereafter fix one date on each and every month so that the trial of the case can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time. Charge sheet so submitted reflects that the prosecution has relied upon eight witnesses. All the

witnesses were being informed ahead of time so that the witnesses are available on the date so fixed. The proceedings of this case being G.R. Case No. 1082 of 2017 arising out of Shyampur P.S. Case No. 158 of 2017 would continue in spite of any resolution of the local Bar. The ld. Advocates representing the accused as well as the prosecution will participate in the trial and not create any impediment to stall the proceedings in case of any resolution of the Bar. All efforts be taken to conclude the trial at the earliest.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4127 of 2023 is disposed of.
