CIVIL REVISIONAL JURISDICTION (Via Video Conference) CO No. 3458 of 2017 Sumita Mukherjee -versus- Sri Goutam Mukherjee This is an application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

The wife/petitioner by the present application is seeking withdrawal of the Mat Suit No. 240 of 2017 pending before the learned District Judge at Jalpaiguri and transfer it to the Court of learned District Judge at Barasat, 24 Parganas (North).

None appears on behalf of the petitioner in support of the application either virtually or physically on call, no accommodation has been sought for. There is no representation on behalf of the opposite party as well. CO 3458 of 2017 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if there be any, stands vacated. No order as to costs.

The department is directed to communicate this order immediately to the aforesaid Court where the said suit is pending.
