Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. The respondent nos. 6 and 7 visited the petitioner's residence on 04.10.2023 as they were not happy with the petitioner purchasing a piece of land. They brutally assaulted the petitioner and her family members. The petitioner was molested. The injured had to be treated in the hospital. The petitioner made a representation before the police authorities, but no steps were taken.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State relies on the report and submits as follows. The allegations made in the writ petition are denied. A local police personnel of Lalgola Police Station had an information that illegal arms

were stored in the residence of the petitioner. That is why, after making a GD entry, the police held a raid. The team was accompanied by a lady police constable. The entire raid and search was videographed. However, as no arms could be found, nil seizure list was prepared. The present application is only a counter blast to the steps taken by the police authorities.

It appears that the police authorities had held a raid at the petitioner's residence and they were accompanied by a lady police officer. The entire incident has purportedly been videographed.

There are no independent or admitted facts available to substantiate the allegations made by the petitioner. Therefore, no further order need be passed in this regard.

However, the police shall keep a vigil at the locale and ensure that no breach of peace takes place.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
