1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the husband of the victim lady. She had been strangulated at her matrimonial home. Offences, if proved, would attract mandatory life imprisonment. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected in March, 2023. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
