Mr. Sudip Ghosh Chowdhury ..for the petitioner Mr. Sunit Kumar Roy ..for the Commission Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner is taken on record.

Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that the petitioner being Group-D staff of a Government aided school made application for general transfer on 29th April, 2022 and the said transfer application has been forwarded by the concerned District Inspector of Schools (SE) to the office of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission on 12th May, 2022. Issue is pending before the Commission for taking final decision.

The Commission is represented by learned advocate, who submits, in the event direction is given upon the Commission, necessary steps shall be taken. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service

Commission being the respondent no.3 to take decision on the transfer application of the petitioner by fortnight from the date of communication of this order. The decision to be taken by the respondent no.3 shall be communicated to the petitioner by seven days thereafter. However, it is made clear that the transfer application of the petitioner shall not be rejected on the ground of suspension of Utsashree Portal.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings. (Saugata Bhattacharyya, J. )
