Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

Despite service, no one appears on behalf of the de facto complainant.

It is alleged that the petitioner, a neighbor had scaled the walls, went inside the de facto complainant's premises and molested the alleged victim. Hearing her cries, the relatives and neighbours rushed there.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statements of the victim, her relatives and the neighbours, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the present petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail being CRM (A) 3754 of 2025 is, thus, rejected.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
