Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record.

Petitioner had absconded on a number of occasions. Case was registered in 2005. Due to abscondence trial could not be concluded. Most of the prosecution witnesses have been examined. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

3. Application for bail is, thus, rejected. 4.

We request the trial court to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
