Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that he complained to all the dignitaries including Inspectorin-Charge of Bamangola Police Station on 14/06/2024 which was received on 15/06/2024.

It has been submitted by both the parties that number of litigations both civil and criminal are pending. In the information submitted with the police station dated 14/06/2024 there are certain

allegations of the petitioner being threatened and his mobile handset being snatched.

Having considered that the petitioner apprehends that he may be harassed, I direct the police authorities to keep a strict vigil and to ensure no untoward incident takes place.

Learned advocate for the State submitted a report. Let the same be kept with the record. Petitioner would be also at liberty to approach the jurisdictional criminal court under Section 175 or Section 223 of the BNSS.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 25758 of 2024 is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
